Our trainees are people who come from disadvantaged backgrounds, so they have, on
top of the challenge of learning to code in a short period of time, the difficult lives that
throw them extra hurdles in the way.

  • Your region must have engaged trainees. This includes representing us in events if the Outreach team needs support. Ensuring trainees attend classes and events. Understanding why dropouts happen and how to avoid them.
  • Your region must have engaged graduates. They should be actively supporting in volunteer roles, speaking at events about their experiences, helping us find more volunteers, trainees or partners.
  • Your region must have good communication. Changes, news and events should be communicated promptly to the necessary people. And any communication must be effective and generate actions.
